What is Amlodipine-minoxidil? Amlodipine is an calcium channel blocker used in the treatment of hypertension and angina. Minoxidil, when combined with a phosphodiesterase inhibitor like amlodipine, enhances its effects as an antihypertensive agent by relaxing vascular smooth muscle, reducing peripheral resistance, and decreasing blood pressure.
